Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and nothing is a guarantee of service quality or outcomes. Always make your own enquiries — including about practitioner qualifications and registration — directly with the business before booking.
Trust Scores combine publicly available review data, review volume, profile completeness and platform verification checks. They are a discovery signal to help you compare profiles — not an endorsement. Provisional scores are shown for newly listed businesses while review signals are being aggregated. Paid plans never change a score and verification is never for sale.
Profiles are compiled from publicly available information. Business owners may claim a profile to correct and extend it; by claiming, you confirm you're authorised to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate. We may decline, edit or remove any listing that fails verification or misrepresents itself.
You agree not to scrape the site at scale, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, attempt to manipulate scores or review signals, or use the platform to harass any business or person. We may restrict access for misuse.
The design, copy, scores and compilation of data on ClinicReviews.com.au are owned by us or licensed to us. Business names and trademarks belong to their owners; their appearance here is informational and implies no affiliation or endorsement.
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this site, from dealings with any listed business, or from interruptions to the service. Information can date quickly — businesses change services, prices, staff and hours without notice to us.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria.
