Scores are never for sale. Paid plans buy visibility — placement on city and category pages, clearly labelled — never ranking and never a better score. No clinic can pay to remove a negative signal, and verification is never a paid product.
Profiles are compiled from publicly available information: business details, services as publicly listed, and aggregated public review signals (shown with their source and count). The full dataset and refresh date are public on our data page. Current refresh: 9 June 2026.
Every ranked list states its method inline: ClinicReviews Trust Score — public rating, review volume, profile completeness and verification checks. The component breakdown is shown on every profile. The full methodology lives on The Trust Standard.
If anything on a profile is wrong or out of date, tell us ("Report a profile issue") and we'll review it promptly. Business owners can claim their profile to correct information directly. Material corrections update the page's refresh date.
Treatment guides are general information written to Australian advertising rules (AHPRA/TGA aware): no outcome claims, no drug brand names, no testimonials for regulated procedures, indicative pricing only, and a consultation-first conclusion every time. Nothing on this platform is medical advice.
